  • I got my eyebrows done somewhere else, can you do my touch-up?
For many reasons, we do not touch-up foreign work. If you would like to book as a new client please DM clear pictures in good lighting (in front of a window) of your brows with no makeup on them to me on Instagram to see if you're eligible to book for a new client appointment. Please send on straight forward and one of each brow. If you would like to start over we can remove your old eyebrows for you
  • How can I pay?
You can pay through venmo, cashapp, with cash or with a credit/debit card.
  • Is it customary to tip for permanent makeup services?
Tips are very much appreciated, but not mandatory. As in any service-based industry, it is customary to tip 10-20%.
  • What is the process like?
We will start with taking before photos. Then, based on the procedure, your artist will predraw the shape and then once the shape is agreed upon, then your artist will get started. The color is chosen to match your natural color as close as possibly with consideration of your skin complexion. Once we have completed the procedure, after pictures will be taken and after care will be reviewed
  • Do I need to do anything to my brows before the appointment?
The more grown out they are the better! Once you've booked your appointment do not touch your tweezers, razor (even for a little clean up), wax, or thread your brows.
  • What is Nano Hairstrokes vs Microblading vs Microblading + Shading vs Ombré Powder Brows?
Nano Hairstroke is the technique that uses a machine to create hairstrokes behind clients existing hair. This is the most natural enhancement and is suitable for all skin types. Microblading is the technique where hair strokes are created with pigment, which is deposited into the skin in fine, short strokes resembling hair, with a hand tool that is formed of tiny needles. This technique will help define your natural brows and fill in missing gaps. Microblading + Shading is a technique that is a combination of shading and microblading. This technique will help define your natural brows and fill in missing gaps. With shading (adding pigment) in between the hairstrokes, this will give your brows more definition and depth. The Ombré Powder technique gives a light to dark ombré enhancement to the eyebrows. It starts lighter at the front of the brow and gets darker towards the tail. Powder ombré gives a soft powder makeup using a machine which deposits pigment into the skin. The pigment is deposited behing the brow hairs and can be customized to be more dramatic or very natural looking. Suitable for all skin types.
  • Are you licensed/certified?
Yes, all of our artists are certified and licensed.
  • How long does it take to heal?
The outer layer of skin where the scabbing and peeling occurs can take about 1-2 weeks. For the whole healing process, on average about 4-6 weeks. Others may take longer depending on the individuals' health.
  • Do I need a touch up?
A touch up is not required and varies. How the skin will react is different for everyone and many factors are to be taken into consideration. Skin type, age, scarring, diet, stress levels, facial products used, etc. all play a key role in your results, which is why it is important to know that more than one touch up may be required. Although a touch up is not required and varies, a perfect result after 1 session is also not a realistic expectation. Please be mindful it may take multiple sessions to achieve your desired results. After your fist touch up, how often should you come back in? Again this is based on your personal preference, and how well your skin retains the pigment. I do not have a specific time frame recommendation. You may come back for a touch up as soon as you feel like you need one.
  • How do I book a touch up?
If you are an existing clients, please message me on IG for the link to book your touch up appointmetnt. You have to be 4 weeks healed before you can book an appointment.
  • Does it hurt?
The pain is expected to be minimum to none. A topical anesthetic is used, therefore pain is minimized, but will vary amongst each individual.
  • How long does it last?
It will last as long as it’s maintained. How it lasts will vary on your skin type, by how well your skin takes in pigment during the session and how dark you are willing to go depending on the scenario. After a touch up, it is expected to last years depending on the shade of choice you prefer, skin retention, time in the sun and daily skin routines (more exfoliating products, will cause it to fade faster). Brows 6 months - 3 years Natural Lash Liner 3 - 5 years Lip Blush 2 -5 years
  • Do I need to take time off of work?
No. There’s no downtime associated with the treatment. Redness and swelling will dissipate within an hour after. Your brows will appear darker initially, but not so dark that you will be prevented from your activities of daily living.
  • What if I don't like it?
Although permanent makeup is considered to be semi-permanent, the procedure does allow flexibility for color or shape change to some extent. The appointment is very thorough to ensure that you are satisfied or comfortable with proceeding. If you do not like the decision you made, the Touch Up does not need to be scheduled and the pigmented area naturally fades over time (which varies per individual). Please keep in mind that a refund because you "do not like" your decision is not an option. If you aren’t 100% sure you would benefit from this procedure, please opt for more temporary options.
