For defective products, the issue must be reported within 5 days of delivery. No exceptions. Please email full description of the issue and pictures to info@essepmu.com with subject line Defective.

Please allow 1 - 2 buisness days processing time (Excluding Sundays/Holidays). Once your order leaves, the chosen shipping time at checkout will apply.
